Lorena Patrucco is the Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Registered Psychotherapist at Harmony Counselling Services, with over 24 years of experience working in clinical and community-based settings, including hospitals, educational centers, and private practice. Her work focuses on children, youth, parenting and adults addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, school difficulties, social/emotional issues, life transitions, unhealthy family dynamics and more.
Lorena has extensive experience working with parents, offering parenting training and using evidence-based early intervention parenting programs that focus on strengthening parenting competencies and fostering parent involvement.

Lorena integrates a client-centered approach and utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Play Therapy, CBT, Art Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Lorena also has experience working with LGBTQ+ youth and she is committed to supporting families with practical strategies and tools to foster healthy relationships and personal growth.
Lorena holds a Master of Art in Counselling Psychology in addition to Bachelors of Arts in Educational Psychology, as well as Diploma in Early Childhood Educator and an Early Interventionist-Resource Consultant Certificate. Lorena is a registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) as well as Member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professional (OAMHP).
She speaks English and Spanish fluently, providing services in both languages!

Maria Carolina Saenz holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá as well as a Mental Health and Addictions Certificate counselor from Durham College, Ontario. Maria Carolina is a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
Maria Carolina brings extensive expertise in monitoring and fostering human development across private practice, hospital, and community settings. She has broad experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, older adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, family groups, emotional support groups, educational workshops, crisis intervention, and interprofessional collaborations. Her services are available both in-person and online, in Spanish and English.
Over the last ten years, Maria Carolina has developed strategies for providing emotional support in crisis intervention, mental health care, psychoeducation, trauma-informed approaches, and individual counseling. She employs a humanistic, client-centered, and systemic approach, empowering individuals to develop strategies for managing crises, anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, understanding behaviors, addressing relationship challenges, navigating grief, coping with illnesses, and facing other life circumstances.

Kimberly Tome is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family and Community Social Services from the University of Guelph-Humber.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Kimberly has supported individuals across the lifespan—from infants and children to youth and adults—in a variety of clinical and community-based settings. Her professional background includes specialized work in infant mental health at the Hospital for Sick Children, as well as extensive experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attachment trauma, personality disorders, and complex emotional and behavioral needs.

Kimberly’s therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered and integrates evidence-based modalities including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance-based strategies. She is especially passionate about helping clients navigate emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges. Kimberly has a strong foundation in supporting family dynamics and is currently pursuing certification in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute.
Drawing on a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens, Kimberly aims to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients can safely explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. She works confidently with individuals, couples, and families, and is committed to tailoring her therapeutic approach to the unique needs and goals of each client.

Alejandra Arevalo is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is completing her master’s degree in music therapy at Concordia University, with anticipated graduation in 2025. She is also a Certified Music Therapist (MTA) and a Neurologic Music Therapy Fellow (NMT-F). Alejandra earned her bachelor’s degree in music therapy and completed graduate-level training in professional counseling in the United States.
With extensive experience across the lifespan, from infancy to end of life, Alejandra has supported individuals with a wide range of strengths and needs. Her work includes serving those with developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, and ageing-related challenges, as well as supporting clients dealing with mental health concerns such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, suicidality, eating disorders, and life transitions.
Drawing from her diverse training, Alejandra blends psychodynamic approaches with music therapy to create engaging, success-oriented experiences that empower clients to take charge of their personal growth. Her integrative approach incorporates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Reality Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Aesthetic Music Therapy, and Neurologic Music Therapy. Central to her practice is fostering a safe, trusting therapeutic alliance that
nurtures creativity, self-awareness, self-acceptance, and client-led progress.

Alejandra offers psychotherapy and music therapy services online in both English and Spanish.
Maria Georgina Arzola is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and she is a member with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Georgina holds a Master Degree in Counselling Psychology in Canada and an International Medical Degree (IMD) in Psychiatry from Venezuela.
Georgina offers psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, and older adults in both English and Spanish, in online or in-person settings. She uses an integrative approach with insight-oriented and evidence-based modalities that she better adapts and fits each
of her clients’ unique needs.
Georgina possesses the knowledge and experience of working with a broad range of clients and mental health conditions in both community and private settings with a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practice. Georgina is trained in and uses
Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Cultural competence is important in my practice, and I understand the cultural nuances that influence minorities in our community.

As an immigrant herself, Georgina is quite in tune with the struggles and barriers of immigration as well as the cultural nuances and dissonance that might be silently

Meagan Lombardi is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and completed her Undergraduate at the University of Guelph with a focus in Sociology.
Meagan is passionate about supporting youth, families, and adults as they share their stories, navigate challenges, and celebrate their successes. She provides a safe and supportive environment where you can be open and express yourself freely. Through attentive listening, a nonjudgmental outlook and unconditional positive regard she aims to help you build on your innate strengths and capacities, achieve your goals, and live a life that feels most authentic to you.
Meagan provides services from a place of empathetic and trauma-informed awareness. She understands that all individuals and situations are unique and works collaboratively to tailor and develop a plan that will address your specific needs. With patience and understanding Meagan works with you to determine a pace that feels comfortable, empowering you to identify your needs and ensuring the best possible treatment is provided, creating lasting change.

Gretchen Savery is an experienced counsellor with a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology, a Master of Arts in Family Therapy and Systemic Intervention and is a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She is passionate about the many ways in which she can help others change their lives by guiding them in discovering their strengths and learning the skills needed to succeed. Her counselling style is based on respect, sensitivity and understanding; it focuses on healing, gaining positive skills and eliminating harmful behaviours.
Moreover, her training in Family Therapy provides her with important tools to help modern families navigate the challenges that often affect everyone involved in the dynamic. She is knowledgeable of various approaches from which she uses the most suitable for each family in their circumstances. Gretchen strives to understand where you are and where you are coming from, to help you overcome difficult situations and/or develop necessary skills to fulfil your potential and get to where you want to be. Lidya Lopez is a passionate and trained counsellor who brings a vast expertise in working with children, families, and adults in the Mississauga and Brampton Community. Lidya’s practice focuses on helping individuals and families to regain well being in their lives from a holistic approach, individualizing treatment based on their unique needs and circumstances. She values family dynamics and therapeutic relationships with clients and believes that change comes from working together in an open and nonjudgmental space.
Lidya provides therapy to parents, children, and adults presenting with a variety of mental health issues such as mood and anxiety disorder, depression, stress management, ADHD, bullying, social and life skills, and self-harming behaviours. She also supports parents who are struggling to manage their child’s behaviour, parenting training, as well as working with children whose parents are going through a separation. Other specialties include, anger management, bereavement, post-traumatic stress disorder, and workplace stress. Lydia applies a variety of modalities to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Play and Art Therapy, Strength-based approach among other approaches.

Lidya received a Bachelor of Art in Psychology in the Hispano-American University in Costa Rica (with Toronto University credential) and she holds an Early Childhood Assistant Diploma from Canadian Business College. She is a member in good standing with the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).

Romina Di Belli is a registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW). Romina holds a Master of Social Work Degree from Windsor University in combination with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW).
Romina has more than twenty years of experience working in Social Services and Mental Health field with families in Argentina and more than three years working with children and their families as a school Social worker in Toronto, Canada.
Romina specializes in supporting adolescents and adults through individual therapy. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy based on Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She tailors each session based on client’s needs, wants and goals.

She has strong experience in helping clients overcome challenges such as:

Melanie Candido is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She also works as an Instructional Therapist for children and youth with Autism, ADHD, and other exceptionalities. Melanie has achieved a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber and a Children’s Mental Health Certificate from Humber College.
Melanie places importance on having clients be the experts of their care, places their needs central in therapy, and aids in guiding them toward goals set together. Melanie strives to create positive change through collaboration and authentic connections with clients.

Marianne Caroleo is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is also a Child and Youth Care Practitioner. She has achieved her Bachelor of Art in Child and Youth Care at Toronto Metropolitan University (formally Ryerson University), a Child and Youth Worker diploma and Children’s Mental Health Certificate from Humber College.
Marianne has experience working with children and adolescents in the school system and children’s mental health. Marianne is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Shannon Reis is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology with Honours at Yorkville University. Shannon also completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of Western Ontario with a focus in Psychology and Criminology. Shannon has a background in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) Therapy, predominately with early learners and school-aged children having ASD, ADHD, and other dual diagnoses, and also has experience working in the school system with early learners, school-aged children, and teens with varying exceptionalities.
Shannon believes fostering a safe and empathetic space that feels warm, authentic, and welcoming helps all flourish in therapy. Shannon tends to take on a strength-based perspective and is passionate about helping others become aware of the pre-existing skills and strengths they bring to the world. Shannon believes all clients are the experts of themselves and nurtures a collaborative relationship with clients at all ages and stages. Shannon understands each client is rare in their life experiences and works to modify therapeutic interventions to best fit the distinct needs, wants, and desires of each client when moving in the direction of their goals.

Dasha Shalimo is a Certified Therapeutic Art Practitioner and a therapist in-training completing her training with CiiAT to become a full licensed Psychotherapist and Art Therapist. Dasha will be offering low-cost rates and pro-bono (free) therapy online and in-person under the supervision of Lorena Patrucco, RP.
Dasha earned a doctorate from UofT as well as a masters and bachelor degree in Early childhood psychology and pedagogy. Dasha has worked locally and internationally with various groups where she developed and practiced skills and knowledge that has characterize her as an open-minded, kind- hearted and empathetic person.

Dasha brings an abundance of healing practices for those individuals who are interested in self- discovery, self-healing and empowerment. She offers art therapy sessions through individual and small group sessions for women and children who are struggling with life’s challenges. Her sessions help children who have encounter bulling, social difficulties and behavioural challenges, anger issues and grief among other difficulties. Dasha is also a filial therapist, which through art therapy, she helps individuals and families to create and build genuine long-lasting bonds, recover from broken relationships, and overcome family issues.
While focusing on the healing practice of expressive art, Dasha offers a vast of knowledge in understanding one’s own development and mindset and focuses her practice on helping clients with several life challenges such as, traumatic experiences, grief, social behaviour, life transitions (such as newcomers/immigration), relationship issues, and parenting/separation issues. Dasha also offers restorative practices to help families to unwind their potential and reestablish healthy relationships.
Dasha uses a variety of therapeutic approaches as well as various means of artistic expressions to move through the process of personal discovery and eventual understanding of the self. You do not need to be an artist your expression will come from within yourself. Hence, you will become an artist of your own life.
